User Manuals

In recent years, the German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) has prohibited the sale of several million technical consumer goods due to defects or a violation of EU regulations. Missing product information (often operating instructions (or QSG) not in German), labeling or inadmissible frequency use led to the ban of the devices and thus to high turnover losses. To avoid these failures, it is therefore imperative that the products have a German-language instruction manual, which is based on the EU regulations, and have a CE marking.
